Founding 500 Privacy Notice
Last updated: 6 September 2026
This notice applies specifically to personal data submitted through the Raventra Founding 500 expression-of-interest form.
1. What the form collects
The form collects your full name, business name, business email address and employee-number range. The system also records the Founding Company number, applicable offer and registration date/time.
2. Why we collect it
We use this information to record your interest in Raventra, allocate your Founding 500 place in registration order, maintain the Founding 500 list, and contact you about future availability and next steps.
3. Registration is not app access
Submitting the form does not give you access to the Raventra app, does not start a subscription and does not require a purchase. It records your interest for when Raventra is ready.
4. Founding 500 allocation
- #1–100: Free beta access until public release.
- #101–300: 1 month free.
- #301–500: 3 weeks free.
The database is designed to stop the Founding 500 programme after Company #500. No #501+ registration should be accepted through the Founding 500 form.
5. Who may receive the information
Information may be processed by Raventra and technical providers used to operate the registration service, including database, hosting, security and communications providers.
6. Retention
We retain Founding 500 information for as long as reasonably necessary to administer the programme, contact registered businesses about relevant next steps, and meet applicable legal obligations.
7. Your rights
You may have rights under GDPR and Irish data-protection law, including access, correction, erasure, restriction and objection, subject to applicable conditions. Contact [INSERT RAVENTRA CONTACT EMAIL].
