These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Raventra website and your registration of interest in the Raventra Founding 500.

1. About Raventra

Raventra is a workforce rostering and management platform currently in development. This website provides information about Raventra and collects expressions of interest from businesses that may wish to use the service when it is ready.

2. Founding 500 registration

The Founding 500 is an expression-of-interest and early-access registration programme. Registering does not provide immediate access to the Raventra app, does not create a subscription, and does not constitute a purchase.

The first 500 successfully registered businesses are allocated a Founding Company number in registration order:

• Companies #1–100: Free beta access until public release.
• Companies #101–300: 1 month free.
• Companies #301–500: 3 weeks free.

Registration closes when Company #500 is allocated. Company #501 or later cannot be registered through the Founding 500. New users will use the normal Raventra signup/download route when available.

Registration does not guarantee a particular release date or that the service will be launched by a particular date.

3. Information you provide

You must provide information that is accurate and not misleading. You must not register a business without appropriate authority to provide its details.

4. Prohibited use

You must not misuse the website, attempt to bypass the Founding 500 allocation, submit fraudulent registrations, introduce malicious code, interfere with the website or database, attempt unauthorised access, or use the website for unlawful purposes.

5. Website availability

We aim to keep the website available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that all information will always be complete or error-free.

6. Intellectual property

Raventra branding, website content, designs and other materials are owned by or licensed to Raventra unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce or commercially exploit them without permission.

7. Third-party services

The website may use third-party services for hosting, database, security, analytics or other infrastructure. Their own terms and privacy information may also apply.

8. Future Raventra service

When the Raventra app becomes available, additional service terms, subscription terms and other legal documents may apply.

9. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where doing so would be unlawful. Subject to mandatory legal rights, Raventra will not be responsible for losses that could not reasonably have been anticipated from your use of the website or registration service.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this website will apply from its stated update date.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, subject to mandatory legal protections that apply to you. The Irish courts will have jurisdiction subject to those protections.
